Still getting BSOD 0x3D

And it's starting to get irritating since I know it's a problem with the hardware or drivers on the new rig since like I mentioned old quadcore 9550 has has 0 problems and is still stable as a rock.
According to the following Microsoft article it's either a driver,virus, or hardware problem which I could've already guessed :(

There is tool named as Digeus Registry Cleaner I recommend to use it when windows system doesn't boot up or freezes. I also recommend to use Tune Up Suite. It prevents computer problems.
