highly-rated = over-rated
OMFG I could've told you that from all the college classes I've taken not to mention the basic bullshitter principle.
If there isn't a BS principle like Occam's razor there should be. It goes something like this:
The person that does a better job of dishing out bullshit tends to be rated higher, liked better, etc over their peers!
This tends to work in politics, jobs, getting the girl, etc...
Or another way of saying I guess would be highly-rated usually over-rated except in rare instances.
