I think this single sentence explains it best:
The message here seems clear: If even Google's employees—some of the most sophisticated computer users in the world—can't be trusted to use Windows safely, how can anyone?
And if you doubt the level of computer sophistication at Google just Google Peter Norvig's comments on programmers that work there and how good they are with C++ :)
