What do you know I thought it wasn't long ago that the Digital Divide was something like global warming i.e. either it's a major problem and we need to fix it or it doesn't exist at all and just a figment of a pessimist mind.
Anyways, here's the latest study showing that the Digital Divide does seem to be alive and growing!
New data: 40 percent in US lack home broadband
Looks like the gap between the haves and have-nots continues to grow.
