If you get unknown coprocessor in device manager after installing Windows 7 or Vista with this board you need to install the latest Nvidia nforce drivers to get rid of it.
I used the 15.49 nforce drivers to get rid of it.
Took me a while to figure this out since Windows was of no help in identifying the mysterious unknown device!
